Creekside Commercial Pad

Woodbury Corporation 2021

This is a commercial Pad building where I was the project architect through construction administration. This Pad had strict tenant lease agreements with a few large corporations. In addition to strict lease agreements the City of Thornton was equal in its strict regulations.

My responsibilities included all construction submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction change directives. As well as coordination with contractor in Owner Architect Contractor meetings.

My accomplishments on this project include proper documentation for conflict resolution.
